Before dedicating herself full time to ERIX Advisors, she worked as a Deputy Manager, Listing Approvals in National Stock Exchange of India Limited for over three years. She specializes in corporate secretarial work, SEBI regulated framework, Cross listings on another Stock Exchange for already listed Companies and listings pursuant to ESOP/ESPS/SARs, IPOs (SME & Main Board), REITs/INVITs, Migration from SME to Mainboard, Preferential Allotment, Bonus Issue, Rights Issue, Corporate Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETF, Commercial Papers and Securitized Debt Instrument etc.

He has expertise in corporate actions, M&A advisory, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audits and Foreign Investments with all the filings and related compliances.

Further, having served at P R Gandhi and LLP, Mumbai as Tax manager and V K Beswal & Associates as article assistant, she has immense knowledge and experience in Taxation and Audit consultancy.
